When I booked the hotel the past reviews were not so great however I booked as I thought the location was good. I am glad I did as the location was really good, as Kings Cross Station is only 400m away and its only 2 stops to Darling Harbour where I wanted to be for the conference I came for. Even uber was super easy to take and the airport was only 15 mins drive. The staff was really good and always helpful. I got a spacious room with a view of the Sydney Harbor Bridge! what more can you ask for as it was during Vivid Sydney. The room had a queen size bed with clean sheets and 4 pillows, a mini fridge, hair drier, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and TV. Bathroom size was ok for me as it was indeed value for money and good flow of water with hot water. They changed sheets/towels daily and so I indicated not to as I do think of the environment. Air con and heater both worked and wifi was good. I also met a couple staying at the hotel who said they have come here multiple times. Would recommend the place as it totally worth for money. Hotel is super responsive so do message them if you have questions. Use the Premier Lane entrance especially if you are coming with large bags. Thank you for the hospitality and if I come to Sydney again I sure will stay here.

We were happy that the bed frame of the bunkbeds was heavy and solid and not creaky at all. Though the room was smaller, the amenities were adequate; iron, hair dryer and kettle were provided, together with a mini fridge. The staff was kind to allow us to use their microwave oven to heat up food. Best is the location. Within walking distance to Australian Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, Hyde Park, Town Hall etc and close to Kings Cross station.

Air conditioning! Seriously, so many hotels in Sydney have bad or faulty aircon, esp during the warmer months, so much so that we carry a small fan in our luggage in case we need it. But the aircon here was fantastic. Kept the room nice and chilled even during some hot and muggy weather. Also, we were right next to Kings Cross station and there's a ton of great restaurants a short walk away on Victoria st

The location is really handy for Kings Cross, with Kings Cross station being very close by. It isn't very far from St James Station either. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable with a private bathroom, mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Noise wasn't too much of an issue. the bed was nice, and checking in was very easy.

Location was convenient and close to public transport. Location is close to the Domain. Location is close to a lot of different food options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient vending machine located near the elevator. Great price for such a central location. Despite being on a loud, busy street, the hotel room was quiet.
